My prior comment wasn’t meant to be an insult to Umair. When I said “fringe blogger” in the earlier post, I wasn’t talking about anyone in particular, I was jut throwing the term around. People who are declinists and think America’s problems are of a civilizational nature are sometimes seen as nutty.
